Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.
Coordinate and manage project activities and change-related actions across multiple teams.
Translate strategic direction into clear actions, ownership, and next steps.
Coordinate and deliver training, change enablement activities and communication.
Cooperate with all relevant departments, divisional factories, global mixed sales companies and Liebherr Group.
Manage alignment to approved project objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
Track progress, risks, and dependencies, including updates for stakeholders and escalation as needed.
Manage accountability for agreed actions and commitments.
Facilitate structured, outcome-focused meetings and workshops.
Support engagement and proactively address resistance or misalignment.
Ensure teams are prepared and supported prior to and after implementation.
Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and project documentation.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of implemented changes.
Support governance processes and contribute to long-term sustainability of change.
Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
