Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist
A proactive and solution-driven individual is required to join our dynamic team in addressing and resolving customer support cases concerning cloud platforms.
This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, serving customers in both cloud and on-premise environments. The successful candidate will be part of a hybird environment that delivers 24x7 service to customers using our software in the Guidewire Cloud.
The key responsibilities include researching, addressing, and promptly fulfilling requests and resolving cases in adherence to team standards. This will ensure we meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Additional duties involve documenting technical articles, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and runbooks. These documents aim to meet objectives for customer request fulfillment and issue resolution.
