Job Title: Project Operations Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project operations manager to oversee our construction projects in Wicklow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise construction on site and ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards
* Deliver projects on time and to perfection while maintaining accurate and consistent records and reports
* Manage and motivate site teams and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors
* Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure compliance with all regulatory matters
* Report directly to the Contracts Manager and liaise with clients
Requirements:
* Relevant construction/engineering qualification and main contracting experience
* Previous experience working on residential development construction projects
* Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
* Strong team building skills, analytical and decision-making skills
* Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
