Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities and a passion for driving sales growth.
About the Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock levels, supervising staff and maintaining high standards of presentation and health & safety.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets;
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, promotions and displays;
* Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels and other relevant metrics;
Requirements:
To be considered for this role you should have:
1. A minimum 2-3 years experience as a Store or Department Manager in a retail environment;
2. A full clean driver's license;
