Position Title: Service Department Administrator. 6 Month Contract
Reports To: Technical Support
Job Purpose:
The Service Department Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office by providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support. The role requires excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post.
· Act as the first point of contact for service-related inquiries.
· Maintain and update filing systems (digital and paper-based).
· Assist with preparing reports and documentation.
· Support the schedule and work of HVAC technicians for service calls.
· Provide updates to customers on job status and resolve minor issues.
· Liaise with technicians to ensure they have the correct job details and documentation.
· Ensure urgent calls are prioritized and completed in a timely manner
· Handle invoice processing, expense tracking, and liaise with accounts department.

Working Conditions:
· 6 month Contract, office-based role
· Standard office hours, Monday to Friday (08:00 to 16:30)

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
