Ole: Junior PMO or Project Co-ordinator
Location: Cork
Rate: €200-250 per day - 6 months

Minimum 1-2 year of project management or PMO experience. Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferable
Key responsibilities:
* Act as a PMO on forensic and compliance-related projects, ensuring effective planning, task and milestone tracking and stakeholder management.
* Coordinate multiple workstreams, collaborating with forensic specialists, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, proactively tracking key requirements, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
* Provide structured reporting and clear communication to senior stakeholders and clients.
* Use initiative to proactively identify project risks and dependencies and establish and action plans for mitigation.
* Work flexibly with client teams and clients, adapting to evolving project needs.
Key requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of project management experience
* Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferable
* Experience in consulting, big tech, or in-house legal/compliance functions preferred
* Solid understanding of PMO methodologies, governance, and risk management.
* Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a pressurised environment.
* Excellent initiative, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
