This role is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers throughout EMEA. As a key member of the customer support team, you will handle customer orders accurately and provide timely responses to customer queries.

Main Responsibilities:

* Process all orders and customer transactions accurately through relevant company systems within department guidelines and quality requirements;

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and informative manner;

* Liaise with courier companies and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery to customers;

* Manage urgent and emergency orders as they arise and communicate with relevant teams and manufacturing plants; and
">
* Log all customer feedback correctly and maintain accurate customer data.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in French and English, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You should also be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years' experience in a multi-national customer support or contact centre environment;

* Fluency in French and English;

* Good written and spoken English language skills;

* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills;
