Lean Transformation Director
The Lean Transformation Director is a critical role responsible for driving transformation across Europe plants. They must be accountable for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of lean principles on innovation and growth to influence the organization's culture.
Key responsibilities include accelerating results in SQDIC by leveraging lean tools and change management process, leading the adoption and practices of WBS Fundamentals throughout Europe plants, and developing a roadmap to meet PD/KPI requirements and WBS Sustainability.
Other essential duties include planning cost-saving projects, sustaining kaizen results, providing formal and informal training and coaching at Gemba, conducting a productive kaizen funnel against the WBS KPI goals, ensuring scorecard and KPI alignment with leadership and HR, and promoting associate development in various WBS tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, ability to positively influence and work well with others, self-motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven record of being a high achiever.
In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering is required, along with 15+ years of manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain experience. Experience in implementing WBS in a line management role, proficiency in time and project management, and familiarity with various manufacturing process technologies are also highly desirable.
