Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all accounting practices, including financial statements, management accounts, and statutory returns.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
* Maintain internal controls and financial policies.
* Ensure SLA compliance.
* Prepare financial reports for the CEO.
* Liaise with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
* Support due diligence and project budgets for expansion.
* Manage payroll, pensions, and supplier payments.
* Contribute to strategic planning and risk management.
* Oversee organisation spending and invoicing.
* Lead market analysis and benchmarking.
* Assist with property acquisitions.
Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 3+ years experience.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in residential care, healthcare, or regulated services preferred.
* Good knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax, and compliance.
* Proficient in Xero and Excel.
* Experience working with operations and senior leadership.
