Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is seeking a Marketing Programs Coordinator to join their SMB Marketing EMEA team, supporting regional SMB advertisers through the execution of multi-channel marketing programs and events.
This role sits within a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment and focuses on driving product adoption and incremental revenue growth across priority EMEA markets, including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
Responsibilities
* Execute comprehensive SMB advertiser revenue growth plans across priority EMEA markets through targeted marketing strategies focused on product adoption and new revenue acquisition
* Coordinate and deliver online and in-person marketing programs and events, including agency and vendor management, budget oversight, and stakeholder alignment
* Act as a central point of coordination across teams, ensuring clear and consistent information flow between stakeholders
* Design and manage effective marketing operating cadences, including team meetings, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and activity calendars
* Ensure the smooth delivery of compelling content narratives and sales materials tailored to different audiences and campaign objectives
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, PR/Comms, Enterprise Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth teams to plan and execute strategic marketing and acquisition campaigns
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign and event performance to identify optimisation opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
* Operate independently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
Requirements
* 4+ years' experience in marketing roles, media agencies, or events management environments
* Proven program management experience, including coordination of multiple initiatives and stakeholders
* Strong ability to independently identify opportunities, define project scope, and lead execution from ideation through delivery
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with digital advertising platforms or performance marketing products
* Exposure to SMB-focused marketing initiatives across EMEA markets
* Experience coordinating marketing events and multi-channel programs
* Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages highly advantageous
