As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Construction team with a Project Manager at our Dublin or Castlebar office/Hybrid.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Undertake pre-construction and construction phase services in connection with Irish, UK, wider European and global renewable developments.
Providing advice to all parts of the business
Interacting proactively with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to manage interfaces of complex and challenging renewable energy projects
Contract management and providing advice interpretation on key project contracts including balance of plant (BoP), turbine supply and EPC contract agreements
Prepare, review and submit various documentation including but not limited to:
Technical documentation
Employer’s requirements
Contract preparation and management (TSA, EPC, Civil / Electrical Balance of Plant (BoP))
Support clients in obtaining relevant project consents, permits and licences
Progress reports
Act as the Engineer in accordance with FIDIC
Work with key stakeholders (client, highway authorities TSO/DSO, TAO, etc.)
Administration relating to projects including management of project budgets, risk and TQ registers, monthly reporting, contract claims and variations, payment certificates and action trackers.
Chair and minute client and contractor meetings both in person on site and remotely
Providing competent advice within area of expertise to clients and colleagues across the business
Ad hoc assessments and tasks associated with project management as directed by the project team
Identify and assist in undertaking business development activities for the purpose of successfully growing and developing the project management services within the team
Lead by example exhibiting best practice in people and team management skills identified by the organisation and in particular with respect to safety and health compliance on site
Manage the process of design review
Proactively manage cash-flow including prompt recording, invoicing and minimisation of debtor days
To actively support the business to protect the environment at all times
Take ownership of projects and deputise for Senior Project Mangers as required

Permanent – Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to.
