">Job Description: The Autism Support Practitioner will play a vital role in developing our autism specialist understanding and support to individuals with ASC. You will contribute to the delivery of training across services in Northern Ireland, delivering autism-specific training sessions such as 5 Point Star and Support Plan Goals, and provide induction support.
">Contract: Permanent, with potential for Hybrid working arrangements. Full-time hours: 40 hours per week.
">Job Purpose: To contribute to Autism Initiatives' autism specialist understanding and support to people with ASC, and to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic practice aims for Northern Ireland.
">Main Tasks and Objectives: Key responsibilities include:
">1. Work closely with the Regional Practice lead to ensure a high level of person-centered care and support across our services.
">2. Deliver training and Induction support across services in Northern Ireland, including core skills and safeguarding training as required.
">3. Respond to priorities as they arise, which may include providing support to teams and individuals we support.
