Role Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing on-site technical support to our clients — including installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades. You’ll work closely with our remote support team to deliver high-quality service and ensure client systems run smoothly.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a field service or similar IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
Good understanding of networking — switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud integration
Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper‑V or VMware)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided)
Flexibility to travel and handle occasional out-of-hours work
