We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Co. Kildare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front-of-shop needs in the retail pharmacy business, ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

* Management of all retail stock items, from ordering and pricing to merchandising
\
* Ensuring stock is priced accurately and unpacked promptly
\
* Ensuring all shelves are regularly cleaned and look appealing for customers entering the shop
\
* Motivating retail assistants to provide excellent customer service at all times
\
* Responding to customer needs and acquiring products where appropriate
\
* Formally appraising team members and encouraging staff development and knowledge of products
\
* Ensuring all company guidelines, procedures, and policies are implemented and adhered to
\
* Managing the rota of retail staff members
\
