The role of Knowledge Lawyer is a newly created position that supports the Finance & Capital Markets group. This busy, technically strong practice requires an individual who can develop and maintain precedents, know-how and practice resources.
* Developing and maintaining precedent documents
* Maintaining knowledge systems and document automation projects
This opportunity offers close partner engagement, meaningful input into the strategy for delivering training and shaping delivery across the team.
Requirements
* A qualified solicitor or barrister (Ireland, Northern Ireland, or England & Wales)
* Typically 4+ years' PQE experience in finance-related work
* A background in capital markets or related corporate/financial services work
