International firm with a growing team in Dublin are recruiting for their first Trainee Legal PA – this is the role that will get you the amazing training you have been looking for and your foot in the door of the corporate world
You will work from their stunning offices in Dublin 2 – close to green line Luas and several bus routes. This is a fully onsite role.
If you have some administrative or basic office experience you might be suitable for this role. Ideally, you will have used MS Office. As part of this firm you will receive training in:
* Diary management
* Preparing legal documents
* Managing correspondence – emails, letters and phonecalls
* Finance administration and billing
* Maintaining accurate client records
