Legal Counsel – Dublin – Financial Services:
Outstanding opportunity for a 4 plus year post qualified legal professional to take on a lead role
within this growing financial services firm in Dublin.
* Take ownership and work on identifying the potential credit impact of legal issues, transaction structures, and transaction documentation across the entity here in Dublin.
* Focus sector wise will be within the Infrastructure and Private Credit markets with a strong emphasis on Project Finance transactions.
* Manager and enhance the reviewing of financing documents across all relevant asset/investment class-level documents.
* Facilitate and participate in credit committee meetings.
* Coordinate with and consult with analysts on relevant legal issues, disseminate and advise accordingly.
* Support the analytical team with the preparation of market-leading research reports
This is a unique stand-alone role to step into the business as the Legal Lead as the firm continues to grow its footprint in Ireland. There is a sizeable career opportunity as the firm grows the role will grow as will a team around you.
This role will suit qualified legal professional with at least 4 years post qualified experience and keen to take ownership over a legal function within the Financial Services firm in Dublin, reporting locally but also globally.
