About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for recent graduates or school leavers looking to start their career in recruitment.
You will be working closely with our Principal Consultants in various departments, including Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Executive Appointments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Advertise vacancies through crafting job adverts and leveraging social media platforms
* Prepare candidate CVs and correspondence for forwarding to clients
* Utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to secure client partnerships
* Foster positive relationships with clients through regular visits
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of client companies, including their industry, operations, culture, and work environment
* Identify and approach suitable candidates, even those already employed
* Verify applicant references and suitability before presenting them to clients
* Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
* Offer guidance to both clients and candidates on compensation, training, and career progression
* Meet and exceed performance targets related to candidate placements, billing values, or generated business leads
