We are partnering with a leading regulated International Insurance Company with a significant presence in the Irish market. They are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, this is a pivotal second-in-command role within the Irish operation.
Base pay range
Compensation: c. €100,000, with additional bonus, health insurance, pension contributions, income protection, and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for Central Bank of Ireland interactions and reporting
* Lead compliance monitoring programs and initiatives across the organisation
* Research and interpret new regulations and regulatory developments impacting the business
* Support the Head of Compliance in embedding a strong compliance culture within the Irish operation
* Contribute to the development of compliance policies, procedures, and risk mitigation frameworks
Key Skills & Qualifications
* LCOI or LCI qualification required
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior compliance role within an insurance or reinsurance company
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the Irish insurance sector
* Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships and provide expert guidance on compliance matters
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
