Our organization is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a pharmaceutical project in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards.
This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple work fronts and ensure strict health, safety, and environmental compliance.
We are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and monitor progress to resolve any site issues.
The successful candidate will also be required to liaise with project management teams, design consultants, client representatives, and other stakeholders to drive productivity and ensure all works meet regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* A strong understanding of GMP environments and QA procedures;
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
* Ability to manage complex programmes and multiple work fronts;
* Strong commitment to health and safety; and
* Relevant construction qualifications and tickets (Safe Pass, SMSTS or equivalent).
