You will be the one to ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner.A successful logistics specialist is analytical, well-organized and excels in communication. They must be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and have great knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.The goal is to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Oversee full life cycle of inventory or assets arriving/departing the warehouse facility or any other client siteEngage with the wider EOS team & external vendors to coordinate inbound & outbound logistics services for the EOS Warehouse FacilitySupport daily & monthly team meetings to ensure inbound & outbound logistics activities are communicated to appropriate EOS team members in other sitesEnsure all customer & EOS databases are updated accordinglySupport the Warehouse Operations Manager in relation to tasks required to ensure compliance on SOX & 3WMEnsure jobs on the internal customer systems are proactively managed, updated and amended - surpassing the client's expectationsWork with & support the EOS Inventory Supervisor where requiredEnsure the facility is open & manned as required by the clientResponsible for the full reverse logistics life cycleOversee asset management processWork with and manage basic technical tasks with equipment prototypesAbility to work in a highly secure environmentPoint of escalation or delivery & pickup of assets within SLAEnsure all paperwork is 100% compliant & RFT (Right 1st time)Ensure all remote locations are restocked accordinglyAlignment with agreed KPI's, ensuring team members are aware of all KPI's to which they contributeEngage with the workforce to develop, improve & adhere to SOP'sEnsure the facility is kept clean & safe at all timesPromote a continuous improvement and lean cultureAssist with any requests from the Inventory SupervisorCarry out duties in a safety conscious mannerSeek out process improvement opportunitiesWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Team playerExcellent communication skillsProficient in ExcelAbility to lift up to 45 lbsAttention to detailAbility to multitaskEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
