They are seeking an ambitious, professional, and client-focused Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property and at least 1–2 years’ experience in residential sales. You’ll be joining a well-established agency with a strong reputation and excellent support structures in place.
You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, from initial instruction to successful sale, providing expert advice and delivering top-tier service to both vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle for residential properties across Dublin
* Carry out property viewings and maintain excellent follow-up
* Provide accurate market valuations and pricing strategies
* Negotiate offers and close sales with professionalism and efficiency
* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and third parties throughout the transaction process
* Build long-term client relationships and contribute to overall branch success
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as an Estate Agent
* Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Full clean driving license
