The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating interest in Arctera’s products and solutions through outbound prospecting to potential customers with a focus on new customer acquisition. BDRs will gain valuable hands-on experience, collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities for Arctera. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to grow into sales within a technology company.
Responsibilities
* Partner with a dedicated group of Account Executives to drive sales pipeline and grow new business.
* Research and identify potential customers.
* Develop campaigns and target outreach.
* Execute outbound prospecting calls, email outreach to potential customers & generate interest for Arctera.
* Qualify and respond to inbound leads.
* Effectively communicating the Arctera value proposition, educating potential customers about the benefits of Arctera’s products and solutions.
* Transition qualified lead opportunities to the Account Executive, with the objective of new sales generation.
* Meet or exceed target metric objectives.
Basic Qualifications
* 0-2 years of B2B Sales and/or lead generation experience
* Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools.
