Job Title: Key Operations Manager
The main role is to assist the Management Committee in achieving targets and plans. You will work closely with our catering partners to ensure a professional bar and catering service for various events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Led, manage and support staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective yearly programmes while ensuring financial sustainability.
* Maintain effective venue, facilities, and resource management, delivering exceptional services and customer care.
* Develop a strategy for internal and external communication across various media platforms.
* Maintain and build the team through clear leadership, motivation, and inspiration.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Natural leader and coach of staff in Bar, Stock Control, Cellar, and Dining Room services.
* Demonstrated training in all aspects of operations of Bar and Dining Room activities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and confident speaker when dealing with Club Management, Club Staff, Club Members, Visitors, and the public.
