Key Objective:
To deliver a premium brand experience to every customer, continuously improve sales performance, uphold strong brand values, and act as a Gym+Coffee ambassador. Our aim is for everyone to leave our stores feeling part of our community. Candidate must be flexible Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Brand Experience:
* Be an ambassador for the brand
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Identify customers’ needs and wants
* Achieve individual and store sales targets by maximizing sales opportunities through upselling, link-selling, and add-ons
* Handle inquiries and refunds professionally, turning refunds into sales when possible
Commercial Awareness:
* Know store and company bestsellers to boost sales
* Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Provide customers with pricing and product information
* Stay updated on product launches and promotions
* Support sales incentives and initiatives
* Monitor competitor activity and share feedback with management
Stock Management:
* Assist with stock deliveries and management
* Keep the shop floor well-stocked
* Ensure stock availability through effective replenishment
* Maintain stockroom accuracy and support stock-take activities
* Merchandise and price stock according to visual directives
