Finance & Operations Associate Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Associate to support our finance operations and assist in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will manage financial records, reporting cycles, and support internal process improvements using cloud-based accounting platforms. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file VAT returns and Form 11s on behalf of clients in compliance with Irish tax regulations. Manage day-to-day financial activities such as income/expenditure tracking and account monitoring. Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records using Xero and BrightBooks. Monitor accounts payable/receivable and oversee client invoicing and collections. Liaise with Revenue and assist in addressing compliance queries. Support internal reporting by preparing documentation and financial summaries. Assist in identifying inefficiencies across client engagements and internal workflows. Ensure timely completion of recurring finance tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. Required Skills and Experience: Degree in Advanced Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, BrightBooks). Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Previous finance or operations experience is advantageous but not essential. Eligibility for a General Employment Permit will be considered.
