ServicesSeniority Level:Mid-Senior levelJob Description: Cloudera's Finance Transformation Team is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst to support the optimization and automation of finance and accounting processes. This role will involve deep collaboration with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, and Business Applications to evaluate existing workflows, gather business requirements, and implement effective, scalable solutions. The Analyst will focus on enhancing operational efficiency for various areas including R2R, Treasury, AR, and P2P. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to process optimization, supporting key initiatives and ensuring alignment with the larger Finance Transformation goals. This position reports to the Director of Finance Transformation.As a finance transformation analyst you will: Collaborate closely with process owners, subject matter experts, and Business Applications teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and support the automation of finance and accounting operationsGather business requirements and use cases from business stakeholdersSupport and contribute towards process improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth and timely implementation, while tracking the progress of improvementsManage user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs and functional requirementsParticipate in projects as a project manager as neededContribute to identifying, evaluating, and ensuring the optimality of solutions for process improvementsAnalyze and reconcile data, and assist in creating training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth transition and successful adoption of changesWe're excited about you if you have: Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience.
