Job Summary
This role involves maintaining, servicing and repairing large equipment. A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification with relevant experience is required.
* Fault finding and diagnostics skills in CANBUS systems and electrical wiring diagrams are necessary.
* The ability to work at heights is also essential.
A full clean driving licence is required for this position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Complete all service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs to a high-quality standard.
2. Build strong rapport and relationships with customers through professional behavior and customer-focused mindset.
3. Respond to routine enquiries from customers about technical aspects of products services.
4.Troubleshoot investigate resolve standard technical problems that arise ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
