The Incident Response Recovery role is part of a global team driving innovation and setting new industry standards daily. The position involves participating in weekday escalations, conducting audits and peer reviews of incident reports, and promoting information sharing and collaboration.
Main responsibilities include assisting with Active Directory domain/network rebuilds post-attack, troubleshooting common domain technologies, configuring hypervisors and backup systems, collecting relevant evidence from local and cloud environments, and handling Business Email Compromise (BEC) investigations fully.
Key aspects of the job require effective communication with client technical staff throughout the recovery process, presenting findings at executive and technical levels, and possessing system administration and troubleshooting skills.
Beyond these duties, the role demands high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
