To grow personally and professionally.Our amazing Commercial Team in Ireland is now looking for a National Account Executive for a 12 month contract (Maternity Cover)This vital role is responsible for driving internal reporting and processes, as well as supporting with the management of accounts within the Grocery, Convenience and Wholesale channel throughout Ireland.Through design of their own reports & analysis of customer data and internal data, recommend improvements to product range, distribution and service levels, preparing and submitting reports and potential recommendations to the Business on forecasting.Your Next Pour: The Opportunity & principle Accountabilities:Ireland customer promotional submissions & maintenanceMaintaining customer portals for NPD, price changes & promotional set ups inc New Line formsCustomer AOP & promotional plan building & maintenance (pricing, volume & to Net Revenue)Accrual balance tracking retro & off invoiceRGM updatesBuilding of & maintaining sales trackers for tracking weekly customer performance in conjunction with any reports from the Finance team.Weekly sales analysis & business performance to subcategory level reporting to wider team & Ireland Sales ControllerAll forecasting & volume updates including NPD & run rate analysis with supplyNR, MC, NR/L all commercial account analysis including pricing & promo profitability analysisMaintain Dunnes delivery trackerCustomer range changes/supply product change updatesPeriod P&L Summary review for FP&A/Finance and NAMsCover/point of contact for NAMs in their absencePossible account management of Musgrave Retail N.Ire to include JBP discussion, AP&A setting, promotional plan design & maintenance & sales tracking.SAP updates & reporting (Fiori/S4 & TPM)Cross functional working with wider UK teamsFoundational Ingredients & Core Competencies:Previous National Account Executive experienceSkilled on Excel, Teams and other Microsoft appsSAP experienceFinancial planning awareness (Gross Revenue, Net Revenue & Margin Contribution/Gross profit)Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills requiredThe position is remote based with occasional travel required for team meetings.
