Contract Test Manager (Dublin)
Our client is a large consultancy firm based in Dublin who are recruiting for Contract Test Manager for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a reputable organisation for a competitive daily rate of €500-€600 per day (negotiable) and opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
2. Create and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisation
3. Liaise with other managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
4. Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
5. Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process
Requirements:
6. At least 7 years' experience within a management/ project management role
7. In depth knowledge of software testing and experience of working within various methodologies.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills
