The Role
OVERVIEW
This role assumes responsibility for integrating all aspects of performance activities for key client accounts, acting as a critical point of contact regarding the day-to-day management of performance campaigns.
The role requires expertise in performance planning tools such as DCM, AdWords, GA, Adobe, DBM, social media platforms, Amazon and all other commonly used advertising platforms; as well as the ability to use data and analytics to identify ways to improve performance on an ongoing basis.
The role further requires excellent attention to detail and effective management of performance processes, in a timely manner, to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients.
Furthermore, strong collaboration and communication with the specialist teams in Investment is essential to ensure delivery of market-leading performance campaigns.
Responsibilities / Key Performance Indictors (KPIs):
The role of Performance Manager assumes the responsibility for performance plan development for all clients within their team, including the use of tools to analyze data, sales, and outcomes.
This role will work closely with the Social, Search and Programmatic teams and will manage the delivery of all aspects of the performance plan, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall media rationale.
Own day-to-day relationship, primary point of contact with performance client
Coordinate the specialist teams: search, social, programmatic, ops, ad tech
Manage testing and optimization calendar
Manage the media plan with "one view of plan" across all channels
Analyze daily and weekly results, maintenance of data dashboards
Move investment in real time to achieve client outcomes
AGENCY PERFORMANCE
Ownership of the performance plan, working closely with Investment and Specialist Teams to ensure efficient delivery
Management of campaign from start to end (including data analysis, dealing with client queries, campaign monitoring, ongoing optimizations, etc.)
Creating, monitoring and analyzing reports and taking ownership of the platforms that generate the data
Internal coordination with Core Practices and Central Teams on live campaign queries including delivery updates and pacing reports
Analyze and understand the reports generated and use the data to provide insights and identify clear actions to be taken to improve performance
Liaise with the Creative Agency for delivery of creative assets
Develop an understanding of each Practice and Central Team within Core and what it contributes to the overall plan
Floodlight requests through Google Tag Manager and liaise 3 rd party web developers
Validate campaign delivery and performance and create post campaign reviews for clients
Adopt and embrace an accuracy culture by having and supporting excellent attention to detail
COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
Manage media budgets, forecasting and aged debt
Collection and reconciliation of client POs and manage the internal communication of POs across teams ensuring effective and efficient month-end billing in conjunction with the Client Associate
Reconciliation of all media plans at month end to reflect delivery
Overall responsibility for billing at the end of each month
Ensure all billing is 100% accurate and on time for clients, and particularly on new out of scope projects, with correct booking category being used to easily and accurately identify progress
TALENT MANAGEMENT
Deepening understanding of media by committing to the internal training Core Learning programme(s) and regularly attend training for your development
Developing understanding of client business, their Key Business Priorities for the year and play a role in creating the strategies to deliver against them
Ensure close collaboration with Performance Director to ensure that they are enabled to actively assist your development and to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest standard of agency output
Ensure strong comprehension and commitment to your career development plan in line with your 360 appraisal, quarterly catch-ups and goals

Your profile
Experience
2–4 years' digital media experience with proven track record.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with DCM, AdWords, GA, Adobe, DBM, social media platforms, Amazon and all other commonly used advertising platforms.
Experience in managing large scale, complex performance campaigns is essential.
Previous experience with relevant data and media tools.
