Connexus are currently supporting a luxury 5* resort & spa in County Cork with their search for a Director of Sales & Marketing.The position will sit on their Executive team and will involve leading a passionate sales & marketing team. It is based onsite and will report to the General Manager.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive market share growth and maximize top-line revenue.Provide leadership for the Sales and Marketing team, establishing clear performance targets and fostering a high-performance culture.Drive market intelligence activities, including continuous competitor analysis and trend identification.Develop & maintain strategic relationships with key corporate accounts, luxury travel partners, and high-value clients to secure and grow revenue.Provide strategic reporting & actionable insights to the General Manager.Requirements:3+ years experience in a similar position with 4* or 5* resorts.Proven people/team management experience.Relevant third level qualification.Proven sales record in the hospitality industry.
