Who should apply?
This role will suit experienced professionals with strong financial services or consultancy backgrounds:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or professional services
* Background in risk, regulation, compliance, or internal audit
* Strong knowledge of Irish and European regulatory frameworks (e.g. CPC, DORA, Operational Resilience)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with an ability to lead workstreams and mentor junior staff
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Directors and Partners within the Risk, Regulation and Governance team and will be a key member involved in client delivery, team development, and service offering expansion:
* Client Delivery
– Lead and support delivery of regulatory and risk advisory projects for financial services clients
* Stakeholder Management
– Build trusted relationships with key client contacts and internal stakeholders
* Project Leadership
– Manage discrete workstreams with responsibility for timelines, outputs, and quality
* Regulatory Expertise
– Act as a subject matter expert on key regulations such as DORA, CPC, and governance frameworks
* Proposal Development
– Contribute to proposals and go-to-market strategies to grow the practice
* Coaching & Mentorship
– Support development of junior staff through coaching, training and knowledge sharing
* Reporting & Presentations
– Prepare client-ready reports, presentations and supporting documentation
* Internal Collaboration
– Work with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and internal frameworks
