Commercial Recruitment Consultant – Galway
Sigmar Recruitment is hiring for an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our Galway team. Previous experience working in a recruitment agency on a 360 desk with strong exposure to business development and proven track record in winning business, is essential.

Responsibilities
* Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings)
* Relationship and account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)
* Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as – LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.
* Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
* Achieving core KPIs and sales targets
* Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
* Expanding your industry knowledge and network of Accountancy professionals
* You are encouraged to continually build and maintain knowledge of the industry through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in recruitment in 360 agency recruitment (more is always welcome!)
* Naturally inquisitive
* Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work
* Results driven with ambition and drive
