You will ensure the client receives the quality consulting services that Delta Capita (DC) offers and act as the primary point of contact between the customer and DC as part of our Global Consulting team.To know more about our Consulting services, click here: Consulting - Delta CapitaKey Responsibilities:Lead and support AML-related regulatory initiatives across various entity types: Corporate, Listed, and Private firmsPerform regulatory gap analysis and contribute to remediation planningSupport BAU AML tasks as neededDeliver multiple workstreams in a dynamic, regulatory-driven environmentEnsure timely delivery against strict deadlinesProvide insights and experience to enhance client outcomesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyRegulatory Expertise:Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following regulatory regimes is highly desirable:Transaction Reporting – EMIR, MiFID, MAS, ASIC, HKMACSDR / T+1 – Settlement efficiency factorsDORA / Operational Resilience / Critical Third-Party RegimeConsumer Duty / Consumer ComplaintsSkills and experience:Hands-on experience in AML roles across different entity typesExperience in Capital Markets is beneficialStrong commercial attitude and client relationship management skillsExperience in Capital Management, Operations, Middle Office, Operational Risk, Liquidity Management is a plusExposure to regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II / MiFIR, Basel, IBOR, FRTB, CRD & CRR, SFTR, Operational ResiliencePrevious consulting experience is desirableProject Management certification is a plusHow We Work:Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
