What you ll be doing Running and maintaining wide web flexographic printing presses Three shift rotation Monday to Friday Shifts are 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am Setting up jobs, mounting plates and managing inks Keeping colour and quality consistent throughout the run Working with supervisors and QA to keep production smooth General housekeeping and safe working practices What they re looking for Flexographic printing experience Experience on a Uteco wide web press is a big advantage Good eye for detail Confident in a fast paced production environment Strong teamwork and communication skills What s on offer ***** per hour Annual bonus up to **** based on individual performance Death in service benefit at two times annual salary Full training and support from an experienced team Monday to Friday only no weekend shifts
