Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor - Kildare
The Life Science and Tech division is looking for a Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have at least six to eight years of experience.

Responsibilities
* Preparing tenders, analyzing, selecting appropriate subcontractors, negotiating & finalizing subcontractor orders, managing financial & commercial aspects to Final Account completion.
* Managing and reporting forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, and assisting with site records & document control.
* Liaising with & influencing/challenging the site management team commercially while maintaining & protecting JSS's commercial & contractual entitlements.
* Managing & overseeing AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off on SMM/measurement issues.
Requirements
* Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects.
* Experience working on large pharmaceutical or semiconductor projects.
* A relevant third-level qualification.
* Experience in report writing, forecast planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
