Seeking a Research Coordinator to facilitate collaboration and integration across research groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of work-plans across teams and institutions.
* Track, monitor, and report on progress and performance, mitigating risk and taking corrective action as required.
* Contribute to research themes in designing technical solutions and track progress of the research programme.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong background in computer science or computer engineering with a postgraduate qualification to PhD in a relevant field.
* Project management experience, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in supporting distributed teams.
* A background in one or more of the research areas: Personalisation, Digital Content Management, Information Retrieval, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing, Machine Translation, and Speech Technology.
* The ability to prioritize workload effectively, communicate, and build relationships.
This is a fixed-term contract position based in Dublin, Ireland, requiring occasional travel. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to encourage cross-group collaboration.
