Rewards Manager
, you'll shape and deliver the organisation's compensation and benefits strategy while partnering closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive impactful, people-focused outcomes.
What I am looking for:
* 7+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits across Ireland or Europe
* Strong technical knowledge of Rewards Management
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
* Up-to-date understanding of Pay Transparency, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and Auto-Enrolment
