We are looking for customer focused and target driven retail professionals to join our team. You will strive to ensure customers are assisted with their product needs in a friendly and simple manner. A focus on sales and clear concise communication is essential to be successful in this role. Salary & Remuneration ( Part Time)
* €13.50 basic salary rate + Earn on average of an extra €540 every month by hitting store targets and KPI’s
* €500 refer a friend bonus

What will joining the team look like?
When you first join eir, you will -
* Learn from a dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure you are able, ready and comfortable to provide a great customer/ sales experience
* Full Cash handling and Sales experience provided with an aim at helping you hit your targets
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will:
* Ensure customers feel supported while their queries are being resolved and proactively update them where required
* Understand our customers needs and provide them with a relevant mobile solution
* Meet individual/team targets and objectives
* Assist store manager in duties
* Administrative duties – stock control, cash management, data entry.
* To be aware and implement current and new policies and procedures.
* Be a continuous learner by keeping up to date with eirs mobile and broadband packages versus our competitors
* Become an expert in sales techniques with the support of management and your team
Requirements For A Successful Application:

* Communicate simply and clearly in a manner that invokes trust
* Have a keen interest in mobile phones
* 0- 2 years retail or sales experience is desirable, although relevant life experience will also be considered.
