Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Offering day-to-day administrative assistance to the sales team, managing data entry tasks, and working with spreadsheets.
* Undertaking general administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
* Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks.
Skills/Experience Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* At least 2 years of administration experience, ideally supporting internal departments.
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Excel and Sage Line 50.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* Capability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in invoicing is highly desirable.
