Join us as a Head of Corporate Affairs

The Head of Corporate Affairs is responsible for building and maintaining a strong corporate reputation for Three Ireland on a national level. We are looking for someone that will take our current external reputation to the next level, aligning to the exciting plans that we have as a business. Reporting directly into the Chief Consumer Officer, this role will head up the Corporate Affairs function which includes Corporate and Public Affairs, Business PR, Press Office management and CSR.

The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on and highly results-orientated, with proven senior stakeholder engagement and successful management experience, along with the ability to manage complex projects. As a true Corporate Affairs professional, you will have relationships with all the relevant regulatory, Oireachtas, Industry and Press organisations.

You will be responsible for managing and building a strong external communications structure and identifying development opportunities in current processes and procedures. You will strive to ensure consistent messaging across public affairs, media, and corporate communications from Three. This is your opportunity to help shape and guide an innovative Irish company.

What else it involves

Corporate Affairs:

You will lead on and be accountable for:

* Managing and delivering Three's corporate communications strategy to develop the organisations' reputation and relationships, ensuring we have a clear identity and high levels of goodwill and understanding amongst various external stakeholders.
* Providing a strategic advisory communications function to the CEO and Executive Leadership team, supporting them in their roles as ambassadors for the organisation.
* Accountable for reputation management for the organisation; identifying and prioritising emerging issues and handling these in a timely manner with an ability to prioritise, assess risk and influence outcomes.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with key external stakeholders in order to ensure the delivery of business priorities.
* Key professional within the business on crisis and issues management.

Public Affairs:

* Work closely with regulatory colleagues to develop and execute public affairs strategies aligned with Three Ireland business goals.
* Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that could impact the organisation.
* Build and maintain relationships with government officials, agencies, and policymakers.
* Identify key stakeholders (e.g., industry bodies, NGOs, community groups) and manage ongoing engagement with these.

Business PR

* Responsible for the strategic planning and effective delivery of Three's B2B PR strategy that will communicate Three's key Business messages.
* Manage Business PR requirements ensuring a strong share of voice for Three in the B2B space.

Consumer PR

* Manage Consumer communication strategies for Three Ireland as part of wider integrated marketing campaigns.
* Drive PR efforts that enhance Three's brand visibility through developing and executing consumer-focussed campaigns.
* Manage the Consumer PR agency to deliver results, as well as managing media relations across consumer and lifestyle media.

CSR

* Deliver Three's strategic direction in Corporate Social Responsibility in Ireland. To include:
* Planning strategy for current charity partners.
* Identify and execute employee Fundraising, Volunteering Policies & Initiatives.
* Provide proactive PR support to deliver on Three's CSR strategy.

People and team management

* Manage and support the CSR Manager and Communications Manager to help them achieve their goals, with a focus on developing skillsets and expertise within and outside of the team to support the delivery of a high calibre external communications strategy for Three.
* Encourage and enable cross-functional working within the team.

Agency management

* Direct responsibility for managing corporate communications agency and consumer PR agency.
