On behalf of our clients in the financial services sector, we are seeking a Qualified Financial Advisor to provide expert financial planning and advisory services to personal and/or business clients.
This role involves building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional financial advice across areas such as investments, pensions, protection, savings, and retirement planning.
Conduct detailed client fact-finds to assess financial needs and objectives.
Develop and present tailored financial solutions based on client requirements.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through strong relationship management.
Ensure all advice and documentation complies with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal compliance standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports.
Requirements
QFA qualification (Essential)
Previous experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements in Ireland.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
