We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dublin 15. As a key member of the utilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical utility systems.
The role involves performing scheduled and corrective maintenance on utilities systems, including pumps, HVAC, chillers, boilers, clean steam, CIP, and more. You will work closely with contractors and client utilities teams to maintain and update SOPs, risk assessments, and equipment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on utilities systems
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues across various equipment types
* Liaise with contractors and client utilities teams
* Maintain and update SOPs, risk assessments, and equipment documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Senior Trades or Mechanical qualification
Experience:
* At least 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in utilities or pharmaceutical environments
Skill Set:
* Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, boilers, purified water systems, and HVAC
* Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, P&IDs, and preventive maintenance systems
* Basic instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, and BMS understanding
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach
