We are looking to add a Sales Administrator based in Tralee, Ireland. Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves providing administrative support to grow our business and strengthen customer relationships to increase revenue and profitability.
What a typical day looks like:
1. Work closely with the sales team and customers to provide efficient service and maintain relationships.
2. Assist in developing and growing business with new and existing customers.
3. Provide sales administration support, working with the sales team.
4. Have thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services.
5. Assist in preparing quotations for customers.
6. Create sales orders based on customer purchase orders.
7. Distribute reports generated by the sales team (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
8. Help identify sales opportunities through relevant research.
9. Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
10. Coordinate with the solutions team to ensure sales support needs are met.
11. Monitor sales pipeline performance to ensure targets are achieved.
12. Work with sales management to identify and improve areas in the sales process.
Desired experience:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant.
2. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, vendors, and customers.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills.
4. Effective communication skills and self-motivation.
5. Knowledge of MS Office suite.
6. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
