About the role
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join the Pension Support team in the Client Services Department. In this role, you will:
1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our pension product offering, including occupational pension schemes, PRSAs, ARFs, and Retirement Bonds;
2. Coordinate and process maturity benefits, transfers out, Pension Adjustment Orders, and Death Benefits claims;
3. Assist the Associate Director in Regulatory reporting;
4. Set up new pension policies and plans, Revenue submissions, and allocation of contributions or transfers of retained benefits;
5. Ensure compliance with relevant pensions rules and legislation, including IORPS II;
6. Issue Disclosure requirements to members and regulatory bodies.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

About you
We seek someone with a background and skills matching the following:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pensions Administrator;
* A QFA qualification;
* Strong technical pensions knowledge and thorough understanding of statutory compliance requirements;
* Excellent customer service skills;
* A high level of attention to detail;
* Ability to prioritize work effectively;
* Strong communication skills;
* A team player.
