is seeking an experienced and driven
Site Manager
to join our client's team for a full-time role based in
Cork City
.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential development consisting of
337 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across four blocks
.
The Site Manager will be
responsible for managing all internal finishes
, including
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), joinery, kitchens
, and other fit-out elements, ensuring the project is delivered
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the
Project Director
and carry out all assigned duties.
Oversee all
internal finish works
including M&E, joinery, kitchens, and final snagging.
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Ensure full
compliance with company procedures
and contractual obligations.
Implement and maintain
Health & Safety standards
, including the use of Safety Manuals.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years
of hands-on experience managing construction sites.
Proven experience in
residential developments
, including
apartment or housing projects
.
Strong background in managing
internal finishes
and coordinating multiple trades.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of
Health & Safety regulations
and site compliance.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
