My client is a dynamic and growing MSP with a passion for great technology and excellent customer service. Their team is collaborative, friendly, and supportive. They are looking for someone who shares that energy. As a Level 2 Engineer, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, work on client and server environments (virtual and physical), and engage with cloud and on-premise services. You will also implement IT solutions, mentor junior staff, and contribute to impactful projects for their clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Resolve support tickets and technical issues efficiently
* Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support
* Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Deploy and document new IT solutions for various businesses
* Assess and introduce new technologies for service offerings
* Maintain accurate client documentation and technical reports
* Mentor and train junior technicians
Your Experience & Education
* No VISA sponsorship available.
* 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Admin portals (Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
* Strong skills in firewall, wired/wireless networking, troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Intune, Windows Server (2016+), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
* Project implementation experience and good documentation skills
* Team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience in an MSP environment is a plus
* Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Azure AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102 are highly desirable
* Experience with PSA systems and time management tools is a plus
