We are seeking experienced professionals to join a team supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
\
Our ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults, including experience working with challenging behaviors.
\
Key responsibilities include following, evaluating, and contributing to the development of plans and methods to meet ongoing needs, as well as possessing effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
\

Requirements:

1. Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
\
2. Have 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
\
3. Experience working with challenging behaviors.
\
4. Strong working knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
\
5. A full, clean manual driver's license and own car for this post.
\
6. An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
\
7. Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
